Registration for the Pattonville Early Childhood Center opens on Feb. 1, 2022. Pattonville School District offers a full-day tuition based preschool and a free integrated half-day preschool program. Children must be 3 years old by July 31 of the current school year.
The Pattonville School District is partnering with the Pattonville Fire Protection District to offer COVID-19 vaccine clinics for students and adults, ages 5 and up, beginning on Saturday, Nov. 20 at Pattonville High School. Pattonville fire department representatives will be on hand to administer the Pfizer vaccine for students ages 5 and older. All three COVID-19 vaccines (Johnson and Johnson, Moderna and Pfizer) will be available for adults who need a booster shot or who have yet to be vaccinated. All students ages 5-17 will need to have a parent or guardian present at the vaccine clinic.
The Pattonville Board of Education on Dec. 14 approved asking Pattonville residents to vote on a $111 million zero-tax-rate-change bond issue on April 5, 2022 to fund a new master facilities plan for the district. The plan calls for adding classrooms to address growth in student enrollment; providing safety and maintenance improvements; and updating school facilities to meet current and future teaching and learning needs (see project lists below). Approval of the bond issue would not require an increase in the district tax rate.
The Pattonville Board of Education on Nov. 9 reviewed a new master facilities plan for Pattonville that adds classrooms to address growth in student enrollment; provides safety and maintenance improvements; and updates school facilities to meet current and future teaching and learning needs (see list below). If approved, the board would then ask voters to fund the new facilities plan by voting on a $111 million zero-tax-rate-change bond issue in April 2022. The board is expected to vote on the plan and funding mechanism during its Dec. 14 board meeting.
